Scott Newman,
Contemporary Music Director

Scott grew up in a musical family, spreading God’s word in song at churches and public events in the Superior/Duluth area. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior as a music major. Scott and his brothers have recently regrouped to form “The Newman Brothers”, a gospel group which performs at churches and concerts in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area.

Wellsprings Worship

Scripture

Our Wellsprings service is dedicated to expressing love for our Creator and King through an informal, intimate service with visual interpretation of word and song. We sing together, pray together, enjoy weekly communion, and contemplate the meaning of our faith for our daily lives. Our Wellsprings services are offered September through May 11:15 a.m. to noon. Nursery care is available for our little ones, but children love this service.

Scott Newman, director of the Wellsprings Band, is an amazing pianist and Christian singer. The Wellsprings Band sings inspirational songs that celebrate and sustain our spiritual lives, sending us into the world ready to serve.

It is an environment welcoming to all! We look forward to seeing you on Sunday morning.
