It is undeniable that a summer mission trip experience can have a profound impact on a young person's faith and life. At Valley we have been offering such experiences for over 25 years with the purpose of growing Christian leaders.
This year we are asking ourselves, what if those summer experiences are coupled with local and regional projects that help us; learn about the ways in which people are hurting and in need, build relationships with individuals and agencies that are meeting some of those needs, actively engage in solving problems, and practice skills to help alleviate suffering?
