Adult Education – Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026 -Informed Food Security Initiative – Hennepin County

Kassy Nystrom and Abbie Zahler, will share about Hennepin County’s Community-Informed Food Security Initiative. They will describe the history of the initiative and the work being done to support food needs across the county. They will also be able to answer general questions on SNAP benefits and how current legislation impacts those who rely on these services.
