Getting to know Missions Inc. with Sarah Busch (Community Engagement & Outreach Manager) and Kari Hitchcock (Home Free Program Director). Missions Inc. Programs provides housing, emergency shelter and supportive services to domestic abuse survivors and those seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Together, Kari Hitchcock and Sarah Busch will share information about the various services available at Missions Inc. Programs as well as opportunities to get involved. Hosted in The Cornerstone Room.

You are invited to a Commissioning Service for Sheila Sheldon on Sunday, April 14 at 2:30 pm. Sheila is being commissioned as a Commissioned Ruling Elder in the Presbytery of The Twin Cities Area to serve in ministry at Valley Community Presbyterian Church. Rev. Alika Galloway will share a message Music: Jane Nienaber, organ and Chen/Marshall string quartet Ice cream social following the service in Fellowship Hall.

The snow is gone and it’s time to tidy up the church! Call the office or sign up in the Fellowship Hall if you are available to come help clean up the church, inside and out. The more folks, the quicker we can work through the list. OUTSIDE jobs include South Lawn, Playground, and Patio INSIDE jobs include Sanctuary, Community Rooms, Fellowship Hall Chairs

This fundraiser is a long-standing tradition at Valley, being held every year for over 20 years, even virtually and hybrid during the pandemic. At Valley we show our support for our youth who choose to pursue further education after graduating high school by offering education scholarships. Events like the Y.E.S. Tea make this possible!
